A dynamic practice accessible to all, based on a fluid sequence of postures and breathing exercises. Inspired by different flows such as Vinyasa, Yoga Flow and Jivamukti, this course is part of physical development (muscular reinforcement, flexibility, endurance) as well as psychological development (concentration, self-awareness) whose benefits are quickly felt. All classes are taught by certified yoga instructors.
